The Scientific Committee’s role is to increase knowledge in pediatric dermatology worldwide, especially in countries where access to specialized care is limited.

Specifically:

1.  Leads and oversees the organization and scientific programs of all ISPD congresses and provides input into the scientific agenda of the WCPD

2. Organizes outreach regional meetings for pediatric dermatology healthcare workers in low- and middle-income countries in collaboration with local/regional organizations

3. Plans and runs virtual quarterly webinars/ online courses
